Window Installation

Installed right, by our. own crews

No subcontractors. Proper flashing, insulation, and trim on every opening — the difference between a window that lasts 25 years and one that leaks in year two.

Anyone can sell a window. Installation is where jobs go wrong.

Most window failures in North Texas aren’t product failures  they’re install failures. Missing pan flashing, frames shimmed crooked, foam over-expanded into the sash, caulk slapped over a gap that should have been sealed. We install with our own employees, on our own schedule, with the same crew leads on every job across the Metroplex.

Our 6-step installation process

1. Free measure & quote

We measure every opening ourselves, confirm sizes, and give you a written per-window price — no surprise add-ons on install day.

2. Order or pull from stock

Standard sizes come straight off our warehouse racks. Custom Elevate orders run 3–6 weeks from the Texas plant.

3. Installation day

Crews work room by room, remove old units, set and shim the new window level, and never leave an opening unsealed overnight.

4. Flashing & weather seal

Proper pan flashing, backer rod, and low-expansion foam — the step most cheap installers skip and the reason windows leak.

5. Trim & finish

Interior trim and caulk lines finished clean, exterior wrapped or caulked to match your existing siding or brick.

6. Walkthrough & cleanup

We operate every window with you, haul off all old glass and debris, and register your warranty before we leave.

Window Installation — FAQ

How long does window installation take?

Most 10–20 window homes finish in 1–2 days. Single windows are usually a half-day. Bay and bow windows take 1–2 days on their own because of exterior finish work.

Someone should be there at the start and for the final walkthrough. You do not need to leave the house — crews work one room at a time.

In select cases yes, but our labor warranty only covers windows we supply. Call us and we’ll be straight with you about it.

If the existing frame is solid, retrofit is faster and cheaper. If there’s rot, water damage, or you’re changing the window size, we go full-frame.

Yes. Every installed quote we give includes labor, flashing, insulation, trim, and cleanup. We don’t nickel-and-dime the install line.

Manufacturer warranty on the window (lifetime on Elevate) plus our own workmanship warranty on the installation itself.
